- All products are made to order though Xanders' trusted production and fulfilment partner, Prodigi.

- Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

​

- Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

2. Pricing & Payment 

​

- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes (where required).

​

- Payments are processed securely though trusted payment providers.

​

- Xanders Edit reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

​

- Orders are produced and shipped by Prodigi. Shipping times may vary depending on location and product type.

​

- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

​

- Xanders is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or other external factors outside of my control.

4. Returns & Refunds

​

- Because items are made to order, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.

​

- If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I may request photos and will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Prodigi's policy.

5. Intellectual Property

- All designs, logos and content on this site are the property of Xanders Edit and may not be copied, distributed or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Xanders is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products.

- Xanders maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
