At Xander's, all orders are produced and shipped by my trusted print partner, Prodigi. Below you'll find details on how shipping works, estimated delivery times and what to expect when placing an order.

1. Order Processing

- Each product is made to order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it is shipped.

2. Shipping Times

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product type. Typical shipping within UK & Europe is estimated at 3-7 business days.

Please note: this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to customs, local couriers or busy seasonal periods.

3. Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

- From time to time, Xander's may offer free or discounted shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

- Most orders include tracking. You'll will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

- If tracking is not available for your product type, we'll let you know at checkout.

5. International Shipping

- International shipping is not currently available.

6. Delivery Issues

- If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

- For damaged or faulty items, I may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

- If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the package is not collected, the order may be returned to the printer. In such cases, customers may need to pay additional sipping fees for re-delivery.
