Refund & Returns Policy

At Xanders Edit, your satisfaction means everything. All of our products are produced and shipped through our trusted print partner, Prodigi, who handles fulfilment and quality assurance on Xanders behalf.
Because of this, our refund and returns policy follows Prodigi's guidelines:
- Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact Xander's within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with Prodigi to arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Change of Mind / Personalisation
As all items are made to order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong decision chosen).
- Timeframes
Refunds and replacements are processed once Prodigi has approved the request. Processing times may vary, but I'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Please fill in the form found on the Contact page, with your order number. I aim to get in touch within 1-2 working days, with instructions on how to share photos with me, so I can resolve your issue as quickly as possible
